Mindful doodling is a creative exercise that enables us to live in the moment. In this interactive and do-it-along session, our Knowledge Contributor – Dharani Mahalingam will help you explore the different doodle exercises that draw on emotions, thoughts, hopes and sensory awareness. Combining the benefits of mindfulness and the intuitive expression of doodling,  the session will help you relax, find focus, and creatively express your emotions through this spontaneous art making. As a result of this session, you will be able to explore your inner self and understand yourself better.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLet’s get to know Dharani\nDharani Mahalingam is a counselling psychologist by profession and an artist at heart. An ardent and passionate therapeutic individual who uses art based activities in therapy and acts as a facilitator in the field of expressive art therapy. She has facilitated workshops for more than 1500 people on mental health & Expressive Art therapy across Bangalore, Chennai and Coimbatore. NLP Master Practitioner & trainer and a strong believer in the power of expression, she advocates the philosophy of creation, innovation and finding a meaning in art.
