About the Session
Did you know that music and art can go beyond entertainment and improve the quality of your life? In this interactive and do-it-along session, our knowledge contributors – MuzArt will help you integrate simple yet impactful music and art tools to boost focus, enhance emotional awareness and instill a sense of calm. As a result of this session, you will understand your emotions better and be given the techniques to regulate them.

MuzArt, founded by Rishabh Mehta (Art therapist, MBA, previously with L’Oréal) and Samay Ajmera (Music therapist, Life Coach, Counsellor and TEDx Speaker) is a creative well-being company that uses music and art to build emotional and mental wellness. MuzArt has reimagined what well-being is and can be, by introducing to individuals a revolutionary approach of innovative research-based techniques that are simultaneously impactful as well as enjoyable. MuzArt is currently making waves in its work with schools, corporates, IPL teams and the general public with its broad range of themes and modules.
