About the Session
“Am I Overthinking?” Is that something you end up asking yourself often? There is a fine line between thinking and overthinking. Overthinking can affect us in multiple ways and can even impact the way we see ourselves and behave with everyone around us. In this one of a kind creative process conceptualized by our Knowledge Contributor – Sushmita Mehta we will be able to identify triggers of overthinking and how it impacts us physically, emotionally as well as mentally. At the end of the session, we aim to be able to better understand how to identify our thoughts and manage them better so as to help keep us more aware of ourselves.
