About the Session

Join us for this informative and interactive session by our Knowledge Contributor – Vinita Contractor, where she will help us understand the basics of a plant-based lifestyle – from the foods to eat and avoid, to busting some myths and empower us with some simple tips to transition to healthier choices. By the end of the session, you will have gained an insight into the health benefits of a plant-based diet, as well as the tools to feel more confident to get started with practical steps that work for you.

Vinita Contractor is a Holistic Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach. She is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist from American Fitness Professionals & Associates, US, and has completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from E. Cornell and T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, New York, US. She has completed other courses in Wellness Culinary, Nature Cure and Ayurveda Diet as well. Vinita provides ongoing support to her clients in transforming their health through her thoughtful nutrition and lifestyle coaching programs. You can check out some of her work here.
