About the Session
Join us for a self-reflective and inspiring session with our Knowledge Contributor – Priyanka Jay Patel, who will help you connect with yourself through sound. In this do-it-along session, you will get to see the immediate shifts that happen when your body & mind bathe in the ancient frequencies created through singing bowls & gongs. An enriching and wholesome experience through a Sound Bath where you are welcome to come and connect with your heart.

For Priyanka, Sound has been the gateway to awareness – from learning classical music to today being a Nada Yogini. An accomplished virtuoso with sounds, Priyanka established Sound Healing India to utilize sound as an effective tool to enhance all aspects of life.

- You may choose to lay down or sit in a comfortable position while experiencing the sound bath
