About the Session

It’s almost time for New Year Resolutions! To break the pattern of not being able to keep up with your New Year Resolutions after a month at the most, try something different this year. In this interactive session, our very own Knowledge Contributors – Karan Mulchandani and Nicole Vigie will help you learn how to create a Vision Board which can serve as a daily visual reminder for your goals and dreams. Discover how this method can be so effective in taking the thoughts and dreams in your head and turn them into something real and tangible. By the end of this session, you will be all geared up to create your Vision Board and will have already taken the first step towards achieving your dreams of 2021.

Let’s get to know the Team

With a background in IT Engineering and a soul that lives in the mountains, Karan Mulchandani founded Enlightened Sapiens with a vision of a mindful and collaborative society that facilitates the exchange of knowledge through personal experiences. It serves as a platform for personal development and self-discovery through bi-weekly interactive sessions and try-at-home activities. Some of the things he loves include Meditation, Time Management, Technology, Hiking, Gardening, Photography, Yoga, Cycling, Writing, Reading, Philosophy, Music & Art.

Nicole Vigie is an artist inspired by psychology and nature. She is fulfilling her passion by using her creativity to spread joy, hope, and encouragement to the world. She is an integral part of the ES Team and is inspiring and giving back to the community with her skills. She has always loved art and hopes to change the way art is perceived. She wishes to someday be able to communicate with animals.
