Learn and Practice Classical Yoga
About the Session
Traditional Yoga is known to be a powerful tool to gain greater awareness of the body-mind-breath link. In this interactive and guided session, our Knowledge Contributor – Harshvardhan Jhaveri, will shed some light on Traditional Yoga Practices based on Yogic Texts, as well as help us begin and practice asanas. At the end of this session, you will have gained an insight into Classical Yoga – Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra and Hatha Pradipika, along with clarity in thought and mental peace.
Let’s get to know Harshvardhan
Harshvardhan Jhaveri is a traditional yoga practitioner and teacher who aims to widen the horizon of the spiritual message of yoga. He has completed his PG Diploma in Yoga Education from Kaivalyadhama Lonavla and also holds a Masters in Sanskrit from Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth Kerala. Check out some of his work here.
