About the Session
Do you want to include running as part of your fitness routine, but are unsure on how to get started? Through this interactive session, our knowledge contributor – Sachin Purswani, will take you through all the various aspects of what it takes to get started with running – right from the correct duration and speed, to how to avoid injuries, while busting a few myths along the way. At the end of this session, you will understand the do’s & don’ts of running and feel more confident to start your journey.
Let’s get to know Sachin
A Fitness enthusiast, Sachin Purswani has participated in several marathons within India and abroad (including 90 km @ Comrades in South Africa). He is an ultramarathon runner and is currently preparing for the 2021 Dubai 70.3 Ironman, which includes a 1.9 km swim, a 90 km bike ride and a 21.1 km run.
