About the Session
Art and emotions are fundamentally linked together. Using art as a medium for self-exploration and self-expression along with our Knowledge Contributor — Asha Suresh, take a deep dive into your inner-self. Know what to hold on to and what to let go of and also learn to reinforce some positive emotions with self-affirmation and gratitude. By the end of the session, you will be left with a better understanding of yourself.
Let’s get to know Asha
Asha is an Expressive Art Therapist – an artist by passion and a therapist by profession, with 15+ years of experience working with various corporates and NGO in India and UAE. She is the founder of Aash Creations, that works with children and adults focusing on building emotional and social competencies through the creative medium of art.
What you’ll need for the session
- Few A4 size sheets (any blank paper will do)
- A pencil
- An eraser
- Any colours of your choice – crayons, sketch pens, colour pencils or watercolours
- 1 hour of your time
- A working internet connection
What you won’t need for the session
- No credit card details
- No prior experience in the art
