About the Session
Join us for an evening around the campfire, while we simulate the experience of a post dinner campfire in the mountains. You can participate in a one of a kind experience that will surely instill a sense of adventure and teach the lessons which the mountains so often teach us. Get set to sit around a virtual campfire, with maggi and garam chai and exchange stories about your hiking experiences and thus bring the mountains back to you.
Let’s get to know the Team
With varied experiences in hiking, but tied by the common love of the mountains, our virtual trek leaders will take you through the trail of exploring a new way to experience the wonders of the mountains.
Let’s begin with Christine Pemberton. An ex-banker converted into a writer, photographer and blogger, Christine has lived outside her native UK way longer than she ever lived there, and is now a full time Delhi resident. She is passionate about wildlife and the environment, which motivated her into co-founding Ploggers of India. She has great experience to share of her many high altitude climbs including Mentok Kangri and Mera Peak. When she rules the world, cardamom will be banned!
Up next we have Harsh Goshar. A businessman by profession with a severe addiction to adrenaline, Harsh loves Wildlife, Food, Rock Climbing, Lawn Tennis and NLH Poker. Having climbed Markha Valley, Pin Parvati Pass and Mera Peak, he is all set to take us through some of his exciting adventures.
And moving on to Karan Mulchandani. With a background of Engineering in IT and a soul that lives in the mountains, Karan founded Enlightened Sapiens with a vision of a more mindful and collaborative society that facilitates the exchange of knowledge through personal experiences. He is secretly counting down the days till he can be on a mountain top again.
